This paper will identified the issues cerebrate with Nik and her recently acceptance in interrogation a subsidiary company of GE medical checkup multinational. Also defining the issues presented in Decisions in Paradise and how these issues are related between Nik, her boss Alex, the manager of strategic planning, the founder of Motion Chris and the company GE Medical International. It will also discuss the forces that are present in the island of Kava, a significant island of the south peaceful in which Motion and GE Medical International are interested in expand their presence, and finally describe the organizational and environmental obstacles in a way that considers various stakeholders impacted by the decision.
The issues that are presented in this scenario are that Motion associated with GE Medical International want to expand their presence in the south pacific area, specifically in the important island of Kava. They want take this draw near thought Motion abilities in Energy, Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions and with the alliance of GE Medical International and their vast experience in health care solutions.
These two companies are solemnly based in create this approach with the environment on mind. The island of Kava has done for(p) through many natural disasters creating a collapse in their roads, building, electrical and his general infrastructure. This creates a tough scenario for access to healthcare for the general population.
