Abstract
Most corporate fusers fail. Trying to merge 2 corporate cultures together even within the akin cultural area of the valet is difficult but when a company attempts to merge 2 cultures from geographically different areas of the world whose workers think differently about quality, work ethic and to whom they are beholden it creates far worse issues for management to overcome.

From the early old age of the Hemi engine to the Lee Iacocca days of the K-Car until now Chrysler has seen it’s share of both good economical times and bad. The most recent change for Chrysler came when Daimler Benz, a German owned company, made the decision to sell off Chrysler to a private equity firm. Daimler made this decision only afterwards 10 years of trying to merge the corporate cultures of what were Mercedes Benz and Chrysler.
