Subjects were asked to rate the effectuality of each strategy according to a five-point Likert-ty pe scale.

The study demonstrate that the adoption of international account standards, the adoption of international auditing standards, functional training for accounting students during their college education, and raising educational requirements for accounting at the entry level to the occupation are perceived to be the most effective strategies for enhancing accounting professing and practices in Kuwait. These findings expend important implications for various groups interested in enhancing the accounting profession and practices in Kuwait.
