Poetry isnt just some some other form of opus; it is a new flair to tell a story- a way to say how you feel. It is a way to say something that you might not go through been able to say in a ruler story. Poetry flows from parenthood to line with an array of feelings and emotions. We drop been working on the different shipway to show those feelings and emotions this year. By writing haiku, sonnets, odes, and sestinas we have been able to concern with our inner poetic side and express ourselves in ways we never thought we could.
In haiku you are supposed to have the reader work to find the hidden meaning and spiritual side to the poem. In my haiku I believe I did this by taking simple everyday items and using them in normal sentences. By doing this it makes the reader believe that they are reading a normal poem but when they look deeper into the story you testament find that the mere seventeen syllables are telling a truly complex story of belief and fact which shows the authentic emotion of the writer at that time.
Shakespearean sonnets are fourteen lines of metaphors and similes that show the writers true passion towards his love or aversion for someone or something.



My sonnet is ab egress how there is continuously someone in the world who you dont ineluctably like but when it comes down to it you dont have to like them and you move on with the people in your feel who bring you joy. To help show my meaning, the Shakespearean sonnet had a pattern of fitting lots of adjectives and metaphors to give examples of how much you may dislike a person. If I had written any other poem with this same topic, it would not have come out even remotely the same. It would have not have asleep(p) into as much detail and would have been shorter and to the point. While writing sonnets is not the easiest of skills, the sonnet convention allows over the top expression. In the case of my sonnet, it allowed for strong expression of my sentiments toward people I dislike.
